In the garden
Plant in spring or autumn in any reasonable soil. Shear the mat once in midsummer if it gets leggy and it will flower again.
Sawfly larvae can strip leaves. This cultivar is usually vigorous enough to grow through the damage.

Jobs
These dates suit a mild southern garden. A northern or Scottish plan shifts spring and autumn jobs by a fortnight.
5 April
Cut back old stems
Clear the dead top growth of Rozanne before the new shoots cover it.
25 July
Shear for a second flush
If the clump looks tired in July, cut it back and water. Fresh leaves and flowers follow.
